excellent dining facilities lovely feel cute team known issue hot water receptionist problem
My stay included dining. Excellent dining facilities and a lovely feel stood out. The team welcomed me. I felt very well looked after. The hotel room offered a lovely view out over the avenue.
The receptionist couldn't find my room initially. It involved going downstairs. Then, I had to go upstairs and down again. I found it all a bit weird. There was no hot water in the morning. I had to call reception. I was told it was a known issue.

Truly relaxing break
individual approach delicious breakfast really good service
This place is a real treasure! I felt valued as an individual and not just a number. I especially liked when I got shown to my room and the amenities were explained. The breakfast was great (especially the pastries!). Gerry at reception was warm. He provided helpful information about the surrounding area.
The plates at lunch were quite small, a minor inconvenience.
